Some time ago I decided to revamp my bathroom suite, and was flabbergasted at the enormous collection of bathroom furnishings that were available on the web. The colours and models leave one struggling to resolve what to buy. I'm not the best decision maker at the best of times, and all this variety made it yet more difficult.

What I had decided on prior to making a purchase, was that I wanted to stay with one of the chief models like Toto or American Standard. After installing it in the bathroom it suffered a major parts failure and I was forced to have a lengthy wait to get the substitute item. This is often not a problem, but when you cannot use the only toilet in your home it can be a bit of a nuisance.

So, this time I decided to go with one of the foremost manufacturers to lessen the possibility of this happening again. I had been told that American Standard turn out some decent quality toilets, and although they are not necessarily the top of the range (even though they supply budget to luxury models), they are a long established and trusted business.
